Kristin Graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree. She has completed the Level 3 and Intermediate Diploma components of the Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic and Manual Manipulative Physiotherapy offered through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Kristin has completed her certification in Dry Needling and has also trained in the Mulligan treatment technique for the upper body. As a result of her commitment to develop our future physical therapists, she has also been appointed as an Affiliated Clinical Educator by the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Alberta.

For 20 years Kristin studied the dance disciplines of jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical and hip hop, competing and performing in North America and Europe. She has also instructed and choreographed dance for 8 years. Kristin has a special interest in the rehabilitation of dancers, gymnasts, and figure skaters. She is also an instructor in injury management and general stretching techniques with the Running Room.
