Jessica graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to completing her Physical Therapy degree, she acquired a Bachelor of Science degree with Biological Sciences (Major) and Psychology (Minor) from the University of Alberta.

Jessica enjoys treating a variety of client populations from recreational athletes and those involved in motor vehicle or work accidents, up to competitive or elite athletes. Jessica believes that everyone deserves to lead an active and pain-free lifestyle, and she utilizes several treatments to ensure optimal results including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, movement-specific educational for sport or activity, and functional exercise prescription. As an avid climber herself, Jessica has a special interest in treating shoulder injuries. Additionally, Jessica is continuing her education in male and female pelvic health and incontinence, and hopes to be a trusted therapist for those experiencing these issues.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys indoor bouldering and top-rope climbing, skiing (learning how to snowboard now), and general training in the gym.
